Shipping policy

PREPAID PAYMENTS : Prepaid payment are non refundable and non negotiable once order is placed . At the time of delivery if customer refused to accept order or not available at time of delivery ( its customer responsibility to take delivery ) then also prepaid payment is non refundable. In any case prepaid payment is non refundable.

 

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday) after they are placed. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your area's pin-code and regional factors. Please allow 4-8 days for delivery the shipment after processing .

Undelivered Items: If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our shipping facility and return charges will be borne by customer. For prepaid orders, we offer the option to re-ship the package to customer at customer expense . COD orders will be cancelled if undelivered.
